Fuyu Mizunara Cask Japanese Whisky (70cl)

Fuyu is a Japanese blended whisky, three years old, made from 50% malt and 50% grain whisky. The name means winter in Japanese. It is matured in American white oak barrels and then finished for six months in Mizunara barrels. Mizunara is described as meaning water and oak. The wood has naturally high moisture and is highly permeable, which gives the aromas that are distinctive of Japanese whiskies matured in it.
