Fuyu Mizunara Finish Japanese Blended Whisky (70cl, 45%)

Fuyu Mizunara Finish is a three-year-old Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. It is a blend of 50% malt and 50% grain whisky. It was matured in American white oak barrels, then finished for six months in Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks. The wood's high moisture and permeability give the incense and sandalwood character associated with Japanese oak finishes. The nose is delicate and floral, with vanilla and spice. The palate is smooth and balanced, with honey, oak and a touch of fruit, followed by a long finish with gentle, spicy warmth.
