A gin in which Spanish temperament meets French elegance, developed with Jaime Lorente.
It is inspired by his upbringing in Spain and has a fruity element of green pepper, spicy aromatic notes of allspice, a spicy bite from cubeb pepper and sweetness from raspberry. The French element brings classic juniper and vine flower.
It can be enjoyed neat over ice with pink grape or with a fruity Mediterranean tonic.
