Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis de Dijon (50cl)

Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis de Dijon is a blackcurrant liqueur made in Burgundy, from carefully selected cassis berries. The producer has been active since 1874 in Dijon. It has a deep colour and an intense nose of ripe berry fruit with subtle herbal notes. On the palate it is velvety, with sweetness balanced by light acidity and a pleasantly persistent finish dominated by blackcurrant. It can be served on ice as a digestif, used in cocktails such as Kir and Kir Royale, or added to desserts, crêpes and ice cream. It comes in an elegant box.
