A sloe gin made in France by Gabriel Boudier, following a handed-down recipe and enriched with wild sloes. It is ruby red in colour, with delicate almond and blueberry notes on the nose, alongside vanilla and sweet spice.
On the palate it balances sweetness and acidity, with a soft, velvety texture. Fruity notes merge with the typical dryness of gin, giving a long, pleasantly aromatic finish. It can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or as a base for cocktails.
