Gaja Sito Moresco is a grappa made from fresh Nebbiolo pomace, in a 50cl bottle. It is distilled between mid-September and the end of November in discontinuous stills that work under vacuum, keeping the temperature below 70°C so the aromas hold their character.
After distillation the grappa rests in steel containers before bottling, and it comes in a cylindrical aluminium tube.
The taste is balanced, with light fruit and shades of aromatic herbs. It suits sipping after dinner.
