Dalwhinnie Winter's Frost is the House Stark bottling in the Game of Thrones single malt collection that Diageo released for the final season of the series. It is a Highland single malt from Dalwhinnie Distillery, bottled at 43% and presented in an illustrated tube bearing the direwolf sigil.
Released as a limited edition in autumn 2018, it is unpeated and made from 100% malted barley. Diageo suggests serving it chilled or over ice.
The nose is floral, with apple and pear over a honeyed warmth. The palate is soft and warming, with honeyed fruit, light floral notes and a touch of gentle spice. The finish is soft and lightly spiced, closing on honey.
