Balmorhea is a Texas straight bourbon from Garrison Brothers.
It is aged for four years in new American white oak barrels, then moved to a second new American white oak barrel for a further year.
The tasting notes read like a list of sweets and bakes: frozen fudgesicle bars, amaretto coffee, sticky buns and pecan brittle, with a thick, white chocolate syrup character.
