Garrison Brothers Boot Flask is a small batch Texas straight bourbon in a 375ml bottle shaped to slip into a boot. It is bottled at 47% ABV and is over three years old, made at Garrison Brothers in Hye, the first legal whiskey distillery in Texas.
The nose offers fresh-cut flowers, grass, rose petals and gardenias. On the palate come caramel apples, peanut butter and roasted pumpkin seeds. The finish moves through roasted caramel, orange zest, cinnamon, sweet tea and tobacco.
