Garrison Brothers Bottled in Bond is a six-year-old Texas bourbon at 50% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It is the brand's tenth bourbon and its first Bottled in Bond release.
The whiskey was distilled in the Fall 2019 season and matured for six years in new toasted and charred American white oak. It is made from Texas corn, estate-grown winter wheat and malted barley, and cooked, fermented, pot-distilled, aged and bottled in Hye, Texas, under the 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act.
The nose is deep caramel, charred oak, vanilla and dark cherry. The palate brings toffee, toasted wheat, cinnamon bark and leather, followed by a long, warming finish of oak and baking spice.
