Garrison Brothers – Bottled In Bond Texas Bourbon (50%)

Garrison Brothers Bottled in Bond is a Texas bourbon from Hye, made in a single distilling season by one distiller at one distillery and bottled at 100 proof (50%), as the 1897 law requires. The mash was distilled in the fall of 2019 from Panhandle white corn, soft red winter wheat and two-row malted barley. The spirit went into new toasted and charred American white oak in compact 30-gallon barrels, which give the whiskey more contact with the wood. It then spent six summers in the Hill Country heat and cool nights before bottling.
