Garrison Brothers Bottled in Bond is a Texas straight bourbon from Garrison Brothers Distillery, in a 75cl bottle at 100 proof (50% ABV). It is made from Texas-grown grains, distilled in a single season and aged for at least four years in the Texas climate, in line with the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897.
The nose is rich vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and baking spices. The palate is bold and robust, with butterscotch, dark caramel, cinnamon, roasted pecans and charred oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice, oak and sweetness.
