A Texas straight bourbon from Garrison Brothers, in a 75cl bottle. It is aged for at least six years, and every stage, from cooking and distilling to barrelling and bottling, takes place in Hye, Texas.
This is a bottled in bond release, following standards set out in 1897: one distilling season, one distiller and one distillery, ageing under government supervision, and bottling at exactly 100 proof.
