Guadalupe is a straight bourbon from Garrison Brothers Distillery, which cooked, distilled, barrelled and bottled it.
The bourbon spent its first four years in toasted American white oak, then went into port casks imported from Portugal for a further two years.
The oak maturation is described as bringing notes of caramel, raspberry, cinnamon and chocolate.
