Garrison Brothers Honeydew Cask Strength Private Select is a Texas bourbon from barrel HD90, bottled at 129 proof (64.5%). It was aged in charred American oak barrels and takes extra sweetness from honeydew-infused casks.
The nose offers caramel, toasted oak and a hint of honeycomb. On the palate come dark chocolate, warm spices and a touch of citrus over the sweetness of honeydew, and the finish is long, warming and slightly sweet.
