Garrison Brothers – HoneyDew

Garrison Brothers HoneyDew is a bourbon released as one of the distillery's Handcrafted Experimentals. It is made with Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey. Master Distiller Donnis Todd turned used, empty bourbon barrels into small wooden cubes and soaked them in honey, partly through a patented technique. Once the cubes had taken up the honey, they were placed in a stainless steel tank with the bourbon, which stayed on them for seven months.
