Lady Bird is a Texas straight bourbon from Garrison Brothers, issued as a limited edition in 2025 and bottled at 57% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
What sets it apart is the treatment after maturing: the bourbon is infused with wildflower honey and finished in Cognac casks.
The nose brings honey, caramel, dried fruit, toasted oak and warm baking spice. On the palate it is full-bodied, with toffee, floral honey, dark fruit and vanilla, a Cognac-like richness and firm oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness and spice.
