Garrison Brothers – Lady Bird Bourbon

Lady Bird is a Texas bourbon that starts as Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon. Master Distiller Donnis Todd chooses barrels that already show honey notes. These barrels are infused with Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey for a further 8 to 9 months. The whiskey then spends another 3 years maturing in French Cognac XO casks, giving a double-finished bourbon that balances sweet honey with the character of cognac.
