A single barrel, cask strength Texas straight bourbon from Garrison Brothers in Hye, bottled uncut and unfiltered at 139.5 proof (69.75% ABV) in a 750ml bottle.
Lady Bird is infused with Texas wildflower honey and then finished in French Cognac casks.
The nose shows dark chocolate, honey, roasted pecans, Cognac and toasted oak. The palate is full-bodied and viscous, with dark fruit, caramel, baking spices and floral honey, balanced by an earthy leather note. The finish is long and warm, with Cognac spice, oak and dark berries.
