Garrison Brothers Lady Bird is a Texas straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 114 proof (57% ABV). It combines Garrison Brothers' Texas straight bourbon with Burleson's Wildflower Honey and is finished in Cognac XO casks.
The bourbon honours the legacy of Lady Bird Johnson, and each bottle sold supports the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.
The nose has fresh grass and honey wafers. The palate brings buckwheat pancakes, cognac cherries and dark chocolate, with honey running through it. The finish is long.
