Garrison Brothers – Single Barrel Bourbon (75cl, 47%)

Garrison Brothers Single Barrel is a Texas straight bourbon from the distillery at Hye, bottled at 47% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Each bottling comes from one barrel, hand-selected by Master Distiller Donnis Todd. The bourbon is wheated, made from corn, soft red winter wheat and malted barley, and aged for at least three years in new charred American oak. The distillery, founded in 2006, was the first legal whiskey distillery in Texas. The brand says every barrel gives a different profile, bold and varied, shaped by the extreme temperature swings of the Texas Hill Country, which drive the whiskey deep into the oak.
