A Gavi DOCG from La Scolca, made for immediate drinking. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose there are ripe citrus, white-fleshed fruit and light floral notes, with a mineral trace that adds finesse. On the palate it balances softness and freshness, with moderate sapidity supporting an easy drink and a clean, persistent finish. Lively acidity gives structure. Serve around 8-10 C. It suits seafood dishes, shellfish, carpaccio, seafood salads, light starters, fresh cheeses and Mediterranean vegetable dishes, and works as an aperitif.
