Gekkeikan Suzaku Junmai Ginjo (30cl, 15.5%)

Gekkeikan Suzaku is a Junmai Ginjo sake, the first Ginjo to join the Gekkeikan range. Suzaku is the Japanese name of the Vermillion Bird, guardian of the South. It is brewed in Fushimi, Kyoto, from spring water, yeast, koji and rice, and fermented at a low temperature to keep a fine fruity aroma. The nose offers pear, honeydew and pineapple. The palate is smooth with a creamy body, leading to a light fruit finish.
