Gentiane des Pères Chartreux Liqueur Apéritif (70cl)

Gentiane des Pères Chartreux is a French gentian liqueur made by the Carthusian monks and served as an aperitif. It comes in a 70cl bottle from Chartreuse Diffusion. Gentian root is at the centre of the recipe, alongside other botanicals. It has an earthy bitterness, herbal complexity and subtle citrus, with floral aromas and a lingering bittersweet character.
