Gentleman's Cut is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged for between five and seven years. It is bottled at 90 proof, or 45% ABV, in a 75cl bottle.
The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley.
On the palate there is honey sweetness, fresh vanilla bean and rich caramel. The rye adds earthiness and spice, while the malted barley brings notes of cocoa and toast.
