Gentleman's Cut is a Kentucky straight bourbon made in Boone County and created with basketball player Steph Curry, who helped develop it. It is aged for at least 5 years and bottled at 85 proof (42.5% vol).
The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. The rye brings earthy and spicy notes, while the small share of barley adds touches of cocoa and toast.
On the palate it is described as honey, fresh vanilla bean and rich caramel.
