This is an 11 year old Kentucky straight bourbon, released as the Player Exclusive Shacho Edition by Gentleman's Cut and bottled at 52.5% ABV (105 proof).
It is finished in new Japanese Mizunara oak, which adds a distinct wood character to the Kentucky bourbon.
On the nose there is Kyara incense, cinnamon, toasted oak, coconut and warm spice. The palate brings sandalwood, baking spice, caramel and vanilla with an unusual oak character. The finish is long and warming, with incense, spice, coconut and Mizunara wood lingering.
