George Dickel Rye Whisky is an American rye bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a large 1.75L bottle with a green closure and the Dickel name embossed on the glass. The mash is 95% rye and 5% malted barley. The whisky is chilled before it passes through charcoal-mellow filtration, a step the producer uses to shape this expression.
