George Dickel – Rye Whisky

George Dickel Rye is a rye whisky distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The mash bill is 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It is finished in the chilled, charcoal-mellowed manner that marks the George Dickel style, and it is described as the only rye treated this way. It is suggested for classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned and the Manhattan. The character is spicy, with a very smooth finish.
