George Dickel x Leopold Bros Collaboration Blend Rye (75cl, 50%)

George Dickel x Leopold Bros Collaboration Blend Rye is a blend of straight rye whiskies bottled at 50%. It is the first rye release from Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in Tullahoma, Tennessee, and combines George Dickel's column-still rye with Leopold Bros' Three Chamber Rye from Denver, Colorado, made from 80% Abruzzi rye and 20% floor-malted barley. The whisky is a collaboration between distillers Nicole Austin of Cascade Hollow and Todd Leopold of Leopold Bros. It carries no age statement. The first release came in late 2021, with a second in 2022. It is described as unusually floral for a rye, with lavender, elderflower and rosewater over maple syrup and cocoa.
