George Dickel – x Leopold Bros. Column Still & Three Chamber Collaboration Blend Rye Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

This is a blended rye whiskey made as a collaboration between George Dickel, of Cascade Hollow Distillery in Tennessee, and Leopold Bros. It combines a traditional column still rye from Cascade Hollow, not released before, with Leopold Bros.' Three Chamber Rye, and is bottled at 50% ABV. The blend revives the heavy-bodied rye style once served in the bars and saloons of America. The palate brings rosewater, blackberry, caramel, lavender, fig and citrus. The finish combines Earl Grey, honey and cocoa.
