George Remus Repeal Reserve IX Bourbon (52%)

George Remus Repeal Reserve IX is a small-batch bourbon bottled at 52% ABV (104 proof). It belongs to the Repeal Reserve series, named after George Remus, the early twentieth-century distiller associated with the Prohibition era. This edition is drawn from specially selected barrels and a mash bill with a high proportion of corn. The spirit matured in new charred American oak. Sweet caramel, mature oak and warm spice run through the tasting notes, with a nose of caramelised brown sugar and vanilla bean.
