George T. Stagg 2025 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the 2025 Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, bottled at barrel proof, 71.4% ABV, uncut and unfiltered, in a 75cl bottle. It was distilled in spring 2010 and aged for more than 15 years and 4 months in new charred American oak.
The expression is named for George T. Stagg, who acquired the O.F.C. Distillery in 1878, and has been the collection's barrel-strength bourbon since 2002.
The distillery's notes describe deep oak with a touch of vanilla on the nose, then bold vanilla layered with dark tobacco and ripe cherry on the palate. The finish is long and earthy, with tobacco, vanilla and lasting oak.
