Georgia Moon is an American corn whiskey in a 75cl mason jar. Straight whiskey of this kind is rarely seen.
As a corn whiskey, it must have at least 81% corn in the mash bill, and it can be aged in new uncharred barrels or in used charred ones.
Its Peach and Lemonade variants draw on the NASCAR tradition of passing round a glass jar of corn whiskey, or moonshine, infused with fruit.
