Lunare is a Gewurztraminer Alto Adige DOC from Terlano with a recognisable aromatic profile. The nose shows rose and white flowers, exotic fruit such as lychee and peach, and light spice. On the palate it has good structure, rich flavours and a soft texture, with a persistent finish that recalls the aromas without being overpowering. It suits spicy cuisine, flavourful fish dishes, soft cheeses and delicate cured meats, and also Asian dishes that are not too hot. Serve cool but not too cold.
