Gewurztraminer Alto Adige DOC "Turmhof" Tiefenbrunner

An aromatic white wine from Tiefenbrunner, made from Gewurztraminer and bottled under the Alto Adige DOC. It is best enjoyed young to capture its freshness and early aromatic nuances. On the nose it shows white flowers, rose petals, lychee and ripe citrus, with a light spicy note. The palate is enveloping, with medium body, soft texture and balanced acidity. The finish returns to fruity and floral notes with discreet persistence. Serve at around 10-12 °C. It pairs with flavourful fish, shellfish, mildly spiced Asian cuisine and soft cheeses, and can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine.
