A Barolo DOCG from the Bussia vineyard, produced by Giacomo Fenocchio. It shows an intense, refined profile with mature red fruit, rose petals, light earthy notes, sweet spices and a hint of tobacco on the nose. The palate has good body, lively acidity and mature tannins that give solid structure without heaviness, with a compact yet silky tannic texture and savoury close. It suits roasts, braised meats, stews and aged cheeses, and benefits from decanting before serving at 16-18 C.
