It shows small red fruits, raspberry and cherry, with a light floral note and a spicy touch that adds complexity. On the palate it balances freshness and structure, with acidity that keeps it lively and present but well-integrated tannins.
It suits artisan cured meats, light braised meats and medium-aged cheeses, and is best served at cellar temperature.
