Gianni Doglia Moscato d'Asti Magnum (1.5L)

A sweet, aromatic wine from the Asti hills, made from Moscato using traditional methods. Fermentation is temperature-controlled, followed by a short period of bottle ageing to improve harmony and complexity. It has a very pale straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent perlage. The nose is dominated by intense notes of sage, white peach and delicate citrus. On the palate the elegant sweetness is balanced by acidity, making it surprisingly fresh and pleasant to drink. It is often chosen with light desserts or fresh fruit, and also works as an aperitif. The magnum format suits special occasions.
