Giant Pot Bourbon is a small-batch Texas bourbon, bottled at 95 proof (47.5% ABV) in a 75cl bottle.
It is aged in American oak barrels in the Texas climate, where hot summers and cold winters push the spirit in and out of the wood. The result is a bold, wood-forward character alongside classic vanilla and caramel.
The nose is oaky, with vanilla and caramel. On the palate there is wood spice, vanilla and caramel with a warm mouthfeel, and the finish is long and warming, with lingering oak and a clean bourbon sweetness.
