Giffard Crema di Passion Fruit (70cl)

Giffard Crema di Passion Fruit is a French fruit liqueur in a 70cl bottle, made from ripe passion fruit picked at the point of ripeness. Giffard macerates the fruit to draw out its aromas and keep its lively, sharp character. It is bright yellow. The nose is intense passion fruit with light notes of citrus and exotic flowers. The palate is velvety and rich, balancing sweetness and acidity, and the finish is long and aromatic. It is used in cocktails such as the Passion Fruit Martini, and also in pastry to flavour desserts and mousses.
