Gin Bordiga Dry (70cl)

A traditional gin from the historic Bordiga distillery at the foot of the Italian Alps, founded in 1888. It is distilled with pure mountain water and hand-gathered botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica and other local aromatic herbs, using copper stills and traditional methods. On the palate it opens with a robust juniper freshness, followed by a delicate blend of spicy and floral aromas. The finish is pleasantly long and refreshing, inviting another sip. It suits neat drinking or as a base for cocktails such as a Martini or Gin and Tonic.
