Gin Brecon Special Reserve (70cl, 40%)

A gin distilled in small batches at the Penderyn distillery in the Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales, using grain and pure spring water from the park. Botanicals include juniper, coriander, liquorice, cassia, lemon and sweet orange, giving an aromatic profile of juniper with citrus and spice accents. At 40% ABV it is smooth and refreshing, with a persistent finish. It can be enjoyed neat, over ice, in cocktails or in a classic Gin & Tonic, perhaps with a slice of lemon or lime.
