Gin Brooklyn (70cl)

A craft gin from New York, distilled in a small copper still using traditional methods. It uses fresh juniper berries and hand-peeled fresh citrus peels, along with coriander and cassia. The result is a clear, transparent gin with citrus-led aromas, juniper freshness and a delicate spicy background. On the palate it is smooth and rounded, with a clean, persistent finish of citrus and spice. It suits sipping neat over ice or classic cocktails such as a Gin Tonic or Martini.
