Gin Celery - Rutte (70cl)

A gin from Rutte, made in Flanders, distinguished by an infusion of celery that gives it a fresh, herbaceous and slightly spicy character. The distillery uses carefully selected local botanicals, worked with patience and skill. The gin is double distilled in copper stills. On the nose it shows crisp celery, Mediterranean herbs and citrus hints; on the palate it is vividly fresh, with a clean, slightly spicy finish.
