A gin from Wisconsin, USA, made with only three botanicals: juniper berries, coriander and fenugreek flowers. The nose is clear, led by juniper and balanced by coriander with a light floral note from fenugreek. On the palate it is soft and round, with juniper first, then spice and a subtle herbal undertone. The finish is clean and refreshing with a lingering spicy sensation. At 47% ABV, it can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails.
