Gin Dry Emporia (70cl)

A dry gin from Caffo with a linear, classic profile. The nose shows clear juniper, accompanied by citrus nuances and light herbal notes that do not overpower the dry base. On the palate it is fresh and smooth, with a taut structure supporting the aromatic progression, clean sensation and good persistence, with citrus returns and a slight bitter finish. It works well in classic long drinks such as Gin and Tonic and in simpler mixes, and is best served well chilled.
