Gin Dry Mandarin - Porcelain Shanghai (70cl)

A dry gin produced in the Shanghai region, with selected botanicals and mandarin as the leading note. It gives freshness and an intense, pleasantly persistent citrus character. Artisanal distillation emphasises the dry character of the gin. The nose shows bright citrus aromas balanced by light spicy and floral nuances, which deepen on the palate with a fine balance of salinity and natural sweetness. It suits fresh cocktails such as a Gin and Tonic or a revised Negroni, and can also be enjoyed neat.
