Gin Empire is a gin produced in small batches using artisanal distillation and botanical ingredients. It is clear and crystalline in appearance.
The aroma centres on juniper, with coriander, citrus, pepper, aromatic herbs and spices. On the palate it balances citrus freshness with juniper, with a clean, persistent finish. It is suited to drinking neat, over ice or in cocktails such as Gin & Tonic or Dry Martini.
