Gin Etna (70cl)

Gin Etna is an artisanal gin made with herbs and spices grown on the fertile slopes of Mount Etna. It is produced using local botanicals, giving it a distinctive aromatic profile that reflects its terroir. On the nose it shows fresh juniper, Sicilian citrus and a light accent of wild lavender, with subtler hints of aromatic herbs and spices such as bay and rosemary. On the palate it is lively and refreshing, with juniper and lemon to the fore, followed by a complex range of botanical flavours. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving a pleasantly spicy and herbaceous aftertaste.
